We believe that each rug should be as unique as thespace it adorns. Our process begins with a personalised design consultation,where our mixed team of experienced designers and commercial experts workclosely with you.

During this consultation, you have the option to choose from our existing collection designs or to create something entirely bespoke. Together, we explore your preferences for yarn types, colours, and shapes, whether regular or irregular.

Our talented designers then create an initial artwork based on your specifications, which is sent for your approval. Once you are satisfied with the design, we proceed to create a sample of the rug for a final review.

This ensures that every detail aligns perfectly with your vision before we move forward with full production.

With over half a century of experience producing tufted rugs, our expertise allows us to bring even the most intricate designs to life, now also with hand-tufting and robot-tufting techniques.

The process is akin to painting, with yarn tufted onto a frame to form your chosen pattern.

Masterful Craftsmanship and Innovation

The frame is then latexed to secure the yarns, and the surface is expertly sheared to achieve a flawless, even finish.

Finally, the rug's edges are taped and sheared manually, ensuring every piece is perfected down to the smallest detail.
